As an artist, I gravitate toward natural colors and materials, striving to blend form and functionality in my jewelry. My pieces take shape from hammered metal, cut and carved antler, and bones. I use a variety of natural dyes from around the world to infuse sections of antler with color, sealing the final pieces with beeswax. Gemstone accents add a flourish of color and beauty.
My jewelry is constructed with cold connection methods; no heat is used. Prepared elements are riveted together with wire less than 1mm thick, requiring precise drilling and assembly of every component. I utilize wrapping, drilling, and jump ring connection techniques to finish my necklaces and earrings.
